By engaging with SYNEXZIM, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Consultancy Services: SYNEXZIM provides professional commodity consultancy services, including exports and imports facilitation, outsourcing solutions, and domestic commodity fulfillment. Our services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in our client engagement agreement.

2. Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of client information and trade secrets. Any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement will be handled with utmost care and used solely for the purposes of providing our consultancy services. We maintain strict confidentiality measures to protect sensitive data.

3. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable advice, SYNEXZIM does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any reliance placed on the information provided.

4. Third-Party Interactions: SYNEXZIM may engage with third parties, such as suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics providers, on behalf of our clients. While we exercise due diligence in selecting and engaging with these third parties, their actions, services, or products are beyond our direct control. We shall not be liable for any issues or disputes that may arise from interactions with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with SYNEXZIM's brand, materials, or deliverables, remain the sole property of SYNEXZIM. Clients shall not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice, subject to the terms specified in the client engagement agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to that point shall be settled.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SYNEXZIM is registered. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
